• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer 

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in the same field 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent planning and organization skills

• Able to work extended hours to fulfill the role

• Able to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines

• To have lead audit certificate from approved certification organization

 

Job Description

• Responsible of maintaining and following quality strategies and quality within the organization.

• Make sure that quality risks are correctly assessed, identified, and managed for all projects.

• Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient on-site construction work.

• Assist and prepare Project Quality Engineering Plan

• Define engineering deliverables and provide QA/QC inputs to Scope of Work.

• Conduct Internal Audits to ensure that all Engineering procedures have been properly implemented.

• Conduct external audit/surveillance to Engineering subcontractor, vendors and suppliers

• Lead the development and implementation of the quality management system, quality and technical integrity assurance framework and the establishment of the verification assurance audit program for the project.

• Conduct “Root Cause Analysis” for the critical NCR and CAR and make concise reports based on factual evidence.

• Provide technical guidance and QA/QC support for procurement activities, technical bid evaluation, design reviews and detailed engineering & Method of Statement.

• Participate to witness in critical design review and testing of equipment/material and conclude failure root cause analysis of equipment and material.
