Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer

Atleast 6+ years related experience in construction

License Engineer, Knowledge in AutoCAD and Primavera
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Description
-
To conduct periodic surveys / inspection for the civil facilities and installations at construction site.

To assist the senior civil engineer in the development/updating of inspection policies and maintenance programmes.

To assist in the development of tender documents for the maintenance/modification work projects and in the evaluation of technical bids.

To assist in the development of tender documents for the maintenance/modification work projects and in the evaluation of technical bids.

To review the HSE and QA/QC plans prepared by the contractors for the civil projects and to supervise the implementation of these construction on site.

To co-ordinate the site activities and to direct the contractor to comply with the operation/safety requirements.

To review and verify the interim invoices of contractors and ensure timely project execution within contract value.

To co-ordinate and supervise the periodic settlement survey carried out for the major/critical equipment foundations and structures within the construction site.

To provide the required technical assistance/support to all the plants, including the root cause analysis of any structure/installation failures, trouble shooting of operational problems, etc.

HSE Responsibility: To take care of own health and safety and that of others including the Environment that may be affected at work. To cooperate with employers and co-workers to meet the legal requirements.

HSE Accountability: To report to supervisor/top management any risk/incident related to health and safety and environment in his work area.
