Qualification

​

• Diploma or Bachelor in Civil or equivalent diploma in Mechanical/Electrical field

• 8 (Must have experience  in ADCE Project Handover)

• Ability in detecting machines fault with analyzing the route cause.

• Male (Any Nationality)

• Allocates time, expenses and cost, material and facility resources and allocates human resources.

• Decision making skills.

• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.

• Able to work extended hours to fulfil the role

• Able to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines

• Computer and MS office literacy

 

Job Description

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work

• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians

• Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)

• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)

• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance

• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

• Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.

• Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfers equipment and  keeps time cards and other routine records.

• Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing

• Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.

• Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical other related systems in all health department locations.
